As previously noted, if a fighting game had some kind of announcement over the weekend, the Evo Championship Series was the place for it to be made. Alongside news concerning Street Fighter 4 and Killer Instinct (???), NetherRealm revealed the latest DC Comics character to join the ranks of "Injustice: Gods Among Us," in the form of DLC.
His real name is J'onn J'onzz, but he's better known as Martian Manhunter. He's also the fifth fighter to be added to the game, alongside Lobo, Batgirl, Scorpion, and General Zod.
According to some reports, the original plans called for just four DLC characters, but Martian Manhunter was the result of popular demand. No word yet one when he'll be available, nor his asking price. It is assumed that he'll be the same as all the others, through the real question is if he'll be considered part of the Season Pass, even after the fact. Which offered the chance to pay one low price for every extra fighter.
